1. On-Site Transfer Attempt Upon arrival, our priority is to safely transfer the animal from your personal trap into a professional Dixie’s Dispatch transport unit. This allows you to keep your equipment on-site for immediate use.
2. Off-Site Transport & Hygiene Guarantee In certain cases—due to animal aggression, potential injury, or equipment compatibility—a safe transfer may not be possible. If we must transport the animal using your trap, we provide the following at no extra charge:
Professional Sanitation: We will thoroughly clean and pressure-wash your trap to remove biological waste.
Deodorizing Treatment: We use professional-grade neutralizers to eliminate "stress scents" and odors that might attract other wildlife or deter future catches.
Prompt Return: Your cleaned and sanitized trap will be returned to your property within [24-48] hours of the removal.
