Landowner Permission & Florida Law Waiver (F.A.C. 68A-9.010 & Dec 2026 Rules)
Required for legal nuisance wildlife trapping, 24/7 property access, and humane dispatch under Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations.
1. Landowner Authority & 24/7 Night/Day Property Access: I certify that I am the legal landowner, HOA representative, or authorized agent for the property listed in this file. I grant Dixie's Dispatch Wildlife Control permission to enter the property during daytime or nighttime hours to deploy cameras/traps, conduct mandatory daily inspections, and harvest/remove nuisance wildlife.
2. FWC Non-Relocation Law & 12-Hour Disposition Mandate: Under F.A.C. Rule 68A-9.010, Rule 68A-24.002, and the December 31, 2026 FWC Trapping Amendments, traps are inspected at least every 24 hours and captured nuisance wildlife must be resolved within 12 hours of capture/inspection. Because Florida law prohibits releasing invasive/non-native species and restricts high-risk disease vectors (Wild Hogs, Coyotes, Raccoons), I authorize humane dispatch in accordance with AVMA guidelines. (Note: Florida Bobcats are legally exempt under Rule 68A-9.010 and must be released immediately on-site).
3. Exclusive Noise-Suppressed Firearm Dispatch Protocol (On-Site vs. Off-Site): Dixie's Dispatch utilizes noise-suppressed firearms exclusively for rapid, humane AVMA-compliant euthanasia and does not use chemical or alternative methods:
- Wild Hogs & Coyotes: Due to extreme safety risks and state transport laws, all captured wild hogs and coyotes are humanely dispatched on-site prior to removal.
- Raccoons & Small Nuisance Wildlife: Safely transferred and removed from the property for off-site humane dispatch within 12 hours of capture.
- Municipal / High-Density Notice: Dixie's Dispatch reserves the right to decline on-site firearm dispatch in high-density residential areas or municipalities where discharge is prohibited.
4. Customer-Owned Trap Liability & 24–48hr Hygiene Guarantee: Dixie's Dispatch is not responsible for damage to customer-owned traps caused by a contained animal. If a raccoon or small nuisance animal cannot be safely transferred on-site and must be transported in your personal cage for off-site dispatch, Dixie's Dispatch will pressure-wash, sanitize, deodorize ("stress scent" removal), and return your trap within 24–48 hours at no extra charge.
